  • 179 Commercial breweries exist across the Commonwealth.

  • 127 Massachusetts cities and towns have a brewery.

  • 192 tap rooms that are open to the public.

  • 7 Breweries are Production Breweries.

  • 17 Are contract Brands.

  • As many as 10 new breweries are expected to open in 2026-27.

  • Another 5+ Massachusetts breweries are in the planning stages.
